As the Head of Technology you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technological strategy of a company. This leadership position involves a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective management.
What you’ll do:
- Initiate strategic planning related to technologies, introduce new and sunset old tech
- Develop architecture modernization plan and ensure it is followed by all organization
- Supervise and maintain the current system infrastructure
- Perform budgeting for technology infrastructure
- Assist and consult development teams with following of modernization strategy
- Monitor and analyze technology, infrastructure & CI/CD performance
- Oversee cybersecurity issues
- Build & maintain effective collaboration between dev & IT in order to optimise the costs & synchronize goals
- Maintain development and continuous processes efficiency
We’re looking for:
- At least 10+ years of experience working in IT
- 5+ years experience in architecture
- 3+ years experience in management teams of IT professionals
- Wide experience in technologies including cloud, networking, cybersecurity and continuous integration
- Experience implementing development and deployment processes
