Which data may we collect on our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which we have collected Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which is available to us while Users are using the Site and/or Service. The second type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or maybe of a private and/or sensitive nature. Personal Information which is being gathered consists of any personal details provided consciously and voluntarily by the User.
Users who are only visiting the Site do not necessarily provide any Personal Information.
Users who are interested in receiving our newsletter or commenting on the post should provide details via the registration form of the Site, i.e., e-mail address. The User may also provide, at his/her sole discretion, his/her age.
The User’s IP address.
Your Data is used to provide the Service provided in the Site. When we do that, we only use the non-identifiable information relating to your financial Data and not your identifiable information.
How Do We Collect Information on Our Users?

Note that unless you instruct us otherwise, we will retain your Personal Information for a period of ninety (90) days.
However, please note that although your Account and Personal Information related thereto may be removed from our databases, FXArmy will retain the anonymous information contained in the Data you provided, and such information will continue to be used by us to operate the Service.
Cookies & Local Storage
When you access or use the Service, Company may use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” or similar technologies, which stores certain information on your computer (“Local Storage”) and which will allow us to enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your Service experience much more convenient and effortless. The cookies used by the Service are created per session and registration does not include any information about you, other than your session key (removed as your session ends (usually after 24 hours) and the ability to log in again quickly (removed after two years). Direct Marketing & Advertisements
You hereby agree that we may use your contact details for the purpose of informing you regarding products and services (offered by FXArmy and/or by third parties) which may interest you, and to send to your advertisements and other marketing material, transmitted to the e-mail address you have provided.
You may withdraw your consent via sending a written notice to FXArmy by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org [Please Confirm] or on the same manner as the advertising was transmitted to you (e.g., via phone text message). It is clarified that we are not responsible for the content of said advertisements and the products delivered or services rendered thereby by third parties, and you irrevocably and unconditionally agree that we shall not be held responsible or liable in connection thereof.
We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the FXArmy Site and our Users’ Personal Information. FXArmy team industry standard procedures to ensure the safety of its Users’ Personal Information, and prevent unauthorized use of any such information. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
