About The Job
As Head of Global SDR, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of global Sales Development Representatives to help drive new business, support lead management, deliver go to market campaigns all as part of the business building sales pipelines. You will ensure the team delivers to target through effective coaching, performance management and planning. You will report to Unlimit’s Chief Sales Office and be based in our London office.
What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership – Provide guidance, mentorship and leadership to the SDR team
- Team Collaboration – Foster collaboration and alignment between SDR’s
- Strategy and Development – Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
- Performance Management – Set and manage global SDR Targets/KPI’s and associated reward structures
- Data Analysis – Analyze SDR team data and metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
- Reporting – Generate regular reports on team performance and provide insights to leadership on progress

- 5+ years experience in Sales Development or Customer Success roles
