As a Creative Manager, you will help to shape our brand creative vision across digital, web, video, emails, and social communications. Be responsible for leading a team of designers & articulating the design vision for the brand. You will personally set the design art direction, working alongside our UX/UI designers to elevate our brand positioning and ensure consistency in every execution online or off. You will partner closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all marketing channels deliver the high-quality of work that positions ThinkMarkets as a clear design-led leader in the trading sector. Success will be measured in consistency in approach and improvements in customer and prospect engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand through a revolutionary transformation across all mediums. Arriving at a clear positioning document setting clear standards for all creative.
  • Help lead the design of the branded websites – elevating our offering and setting a clear vision for web content development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers from concepting, ideating, art direction to final design of industry leading marketing assets that follow the brand guidelines you will personally set.
  • Mange multiple requests to deliver creative. Simplifying the rounds of feedback to gain buy-in managing expectations and feedback along the way.
  • Directs and develops creative designs and templates that the design team can execute and improve the output, while maintaining creative freedom.
  • Set operational best practices within the team to elevate the design intake process. Explaining and educating others in the organization on design first principles.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Web developers, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure consistency and quality of brand experience at every touch point.
  • Utilize data to continually evolve creative and messaging to improve the product and deliver on KPI’s.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new design techniques and technologies, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in creative marketing (design, art direction and digital asset development)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Portfolio of creative leading to brand and/or business successes
  • Proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, digital)
  • Experience working within financial services or trading is highly desirable
  • Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
  • Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices – especially mobile.
  • Expert level experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Zeplin, Jira
  • Video production a plus
