We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join us as Head of Branding & Design to lead our branding, communication, and content strategies in our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage NAGA branding, positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Define the strategy for pricing effectively for value across customer segments and categories.
  • Oversee PR and communication efforts internally and externally.
  • Guide messaging and storytelling with performance and digital teams.
  • Lead marketing storytelling & narrative, content creation, copywriting, and creative development.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication touchpoints for all marketing collateral.
  • Manage media relations and cultivate relationships with journalists and relevant influencers / 3rd side agency.
  • Conduct media training for effective brand representation.
  • Maintain positive brand perception globally throughout the user journey.
  • Lead and inspire marketing professionals, including creative studio and content team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights for strategic decisions.
  • Assist the user acquisition and digital care teams with effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s/PhD in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a history of successful brand campaigns in competitive markets.
  • Brand Management: Proven experience in overseeing brand consistency, positioning, and visual identity; adept at both online and offline marketing approaches.
  • Strategic Thinking: monitor market trends, and drive brand narrative and content creation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities; adept at presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Ms Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret research data, monitor competitive activity, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Sales, PR, and Digital teams.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing marketing teams and creating a unified departmental vision.
  • Media and PR Expertise: Experience in managing media relations, cultivating journalist relationships, and overseeing PR communication.
  • Market Insight: Continuous learner, keeping up with market trends and leveraging insights for strategic decisions.
  • Resilience: Ability to remain calm under stress and uncertainty.
