The Trading Product Manager Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of product managers in the development and management of trading products for the primarily equities market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles, as well as Retail trading and the European market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for equities trading products
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product specifications
- Manage the product development process, from ideation to launch
- Work with engineering and other stakeholders (marketing, sales, biz dev) teams to bring products to market
- Track product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Represent the product team to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of trading principles and the equities market – Must
- Experience with product development and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
