Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for Tauro Markets. The ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee the whole Human Resources department within our company structure, based mainly in Cyprus, with offices also in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Job Posting & Advertising, candidate Screening & Interviews
  • Talent Pool Management

2. Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Maintain the onboarding/offboarding process for all new employees
  • Support with the processing of visas (mainly for Cyprus and Dubai)
  • Offer letter and Contract creation

3. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale.
  • Act as a mediator for employee disputes and resolve workplace issues

4. Payroll

  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring that salaries, bonuses, and other compensation(s) are in line with company policies
  • Benefits Administration: Develop and maintain an employee benefits program

5. HR Operations

  • Labor Law Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the relevant labor laws within the operating countries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Workplace safety manuals / policies

6. Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance management process
  • Assist managers and employees in setting clear performance goals, and provide ongoing feedback

7. HR Reporting & Analytics / HRIS Management

  • Consistently update and improve our HR tool, to support the full employee lifecycle
  • HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR activities to senior management

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience
  • Experience managing HR functions across various countries or regions is a plus
  • Strong understanding of international HR issues such as compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and talent management
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related technologies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work across diverse cultures
  • Ability to manage complex, high-stakes situations with a diplomatic approach.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
