As a key part of our scale and growth, we have opened the role within our team for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative, to work the nighttime shifts. Your tasks will include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via live chat, email and/or telephone
  • Resolve client queries and provide support when required
  • Be the liaison between client’s requests, customer service and back-office operations
  • Offer support to the Account Managers
  • Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant, up-to-date information on our CRM system
  • Provide a quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account
  • Promote the Company’s services

Required Skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support position (preferably online support via live chat/email)
  • 1+ years experience within the Forex Trading  industry
  • Business fluency in the English language, both written and verbal is a must. Italian language would also be a huge advantage (additional languages including, but not limited to, Arabic, Spanish, French and would also be considered a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills over the telephone and email
  • Customer-oriented personality and ability to answer to clients’ queries and resolve issues in a polite manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good initiative to find answers to new questions
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also work individually, as this role requires nighttime shift work whereby team members may not be readily available
