Job Duties:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor offerings, informing product development strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Document and articulate comprehensive business requirements, use cases, and user stories, setting the direction for the product.
- Write technical spefications and construct wrokflow charts and diagrams.
- Work closely with development teams helps to ensure that the product aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive product improvements.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications, to support internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar product development role.
- Experience in the FinTech sector and trading platforms is required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
- Proactive with the ability to multitask.
