Key Responsibilities

Audience Targeting: Analyze and identify ideal target audiences for various digital campaigns and determine the best channels to engage them.

Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international digital publishers and advertising platforms.

Negotiation & Media Buying: Secure favorable pricing and effective ad placements by negotiating with digital media suppliers.

Campaign Optimization: Continuously evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation, launch, and daily operation of online campaigns with a focus on analytics and performance enhancement.

Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals, ensuring budget alignment and effective spend.
Required Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

Relevant Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing roles such as Affiliate Manager, Media Buyer, PPC Manager, Campaign Manager, or Online Marketing Manager.
