As an Affiliate Manager, your role is to build strong relationships with inbound and existing affiliates, ensuring they stay engaged, scale their traffic, and never consider leaving our platform.
Your Mission
Maintain & Strengthen Relationships – Be the main point of contact for our affiliates, ensuring they stay connected and happy.
Rebuild & Reactivate Inactive Affiliates – Reach out to past affiliates, find out their pain points, and bring them back with better deals.
Support & Growth Consulting – Identify affiliate challenges and offer tailored solutions (higher payouts, marketing support, traffic growth strategies).
Maximize Affiliate Earnings – Provide insights, analytics, and exclusive offers that help affiliates increase their commissions.
Solve Problems, Fast – Be the insane-fast support that affiliates can always rely on. Ensure they never feel frustrated or unsupported.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Proactively reach out to inbound & existing affiliates via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and calls.
✔ Analyze their performance & strategies, providing insights to help them earn more.
✔ Offer exclusive commission structures & bonuses to keep affiliates motivated.
✔ Reignite inactive affiliates by solving their past issues and offering better deals.
✔ Assist with advertising, lead generation, and marketing support if needed.
✔ Track & report affiliate activity, ensuring they remain engaged and active.
✔ Create momentum within the affiliate community by driving engagement.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in forex, crypto, or CFD affiliate management.
✔ Proven ability to build & maintain strong affiliate relationships.
✔ Fluent English speaker (other languages are a plus).
✔ Understanding of CPA, revenue share, and hybrid affiliate models.
✔ Proactive mindset—able to motivate affiliates to stay and scale.
✔ Problem-solver—capable of troubleshooting affiliate challenges.
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
✔ Experience with hubspot is a plus
