We are now seeking a motivated and confident ‘Salesforce Marketing Technology Lead’ to join our team in Melbourne’s CBD.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult and deliver the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) automation and Salesforce CRM (SFDC) data architecture Strategic roadmap for Financial services.
- Develop, maintain and optimise the use of Marketing automation platform and the Salesforce CRM platform to reflect unified customer identity.
- Define and deliver technology solutions and process improvements across SFMC and SFDC.
- Execute quarterly marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Understanding SFDC and SFMC as a single unified entity.
- Customer centric: maximise the platform usage for internal end-users and external customers.
- Solid SQL for customer segmentation and AMPScript for messages personalisation.
- Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud Data View, Marketing Cloud Connect; how the SFMC Data Model is related to SFDC Data Model; how SubscriberKey, ContactKey and SFDC Record Ids are linked.
- Design omni-channel customer journeys with mapping, touchpoint and goal tracking in SFMC.
- Connect Google Analytics and Google Ads data to SFMC and SFDC.
- Visualised Marketing Engagement and Customer data using SFDC Report and Dashboard, Datorama, Tableau CRM.
- Make use of Salesforce CRM Objects from SFMC such as Tasks, Opportunity, Campaign, Lead/Account/Person Account Conversion.
- Utilisation of REST APIs and SOAP APIs for Marketing Cloud triggers.
- Synchronisation of external data sources to SFMC such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, Amazon S3 /Redshift.
- Integration of online webinar data and manual data import to SFMC and SFDC.
- Simplify technology concept to non-technical background stakeholders. Elaborate the importance and prioritisation of the proposed solution to multiple departments before execution.
- Good management of agile business processes, requests and backlogs.
- Monitor, audit and maintain good data quality across multiple platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential. This includes a deep understanding of its various modules and features, such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and campaign management techniques. This includes expertise in data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce CRM Certifications: Minimum 1 of any Salesforce architect certifications or 2 of following certifications: Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), Administrator, App Builder.
