You will:
- Turn marketing and brand insights into creative ideas that both achieve business goals and raise the bar in creativity;
- Campaign Conceptualization: Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and disruptive campaign concepts that align with the brand’s creative strategy. Elevate the visual identity of the brand through your creative vision;
- Project Management: Oversee the project management of all campaigns, ensuring critical paths and timelines are observed. Maintain a focus on efficiency and quality in campaign execution;
- Collaboration: Work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Head of Brand, and Head of Design to ensure alignment across all creative efforts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional creativity;
- Team Development: Mentor, and develop the existing internal team of brilliant creatives. Inspire and lead the team to achieve creative excellence, setting high standards for innovation and execution.
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in visual identity creation, marketing campaign development, and strategic creative leadership;
- Education: Ideally, hold a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus;
- Marketing Understanding: Solid grasp of marketing metrics;
- Boundary-Pushing Creativity: Display creative thinking that breaks conventional boundaries and leaves a profound global impact;
