As you step into the role of Creative Director within our global Marketing team, you’ll seamlessly integrate into a diverse, widely distributed community, with the majority of our exceptionally talented individuals based in the captivating city of Limassol, Cyprus.

Your primary responsibility? To orchestrate innovative design campaigns and conceptualize visionary ideas in collaboration with this dynamic ensemble. Your leadership will steer the design direction of our organization. While we have excelled in operations and design, we are eager to infuse our endeavors with a fresh wave of creativity that enhances and blends seamlessly with our copy and messaging.

It’s important to clarify that we are not seeking someone solely dedicated to hands-on design work. Instead, we are actively searching for an experienced Creative Director who can inspire and lead, while bringing a wealth of international design experience to the table. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing design directions that leave a lasting impression on the global stage.

You will:

  • Turn marketing and brand insights into creative ideas that both achieve business goals and raise the bar in creativity;
  • Campaign Conceptualization: Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and disruptive campaign concepts that align with the brand’s creative strategy. Elevate the visual identity of the brand through your creative vision;
  • Project Management: Oversee the project management of all campaigns, ensuring critical paths and timelines are observed. Maintain a focus on efficiency and quality in campaign execution;
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Head of Brand, and Head of Design to ensure alignment across all creative efforts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional creativity;
  • Team Development: Mentor, and develop the existing internal team of brilliant creatives. Inspire and lead the team to achieve creative excellence, setting high standards for innovation and execution.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in visual identity creation, marketing campaign development, and strategic creative leadership;
  • Education: Ideally, hold a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus;
  • Marketing Understanding: Solid grasp of marketing metrics;
  • Boundary-Pushing Creativity: Display creative thinking that breaks conventional boundaries and leaves a profound global impact;
  • Strategic Thinking: A strong strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and translate them into creative concepts that drive brand growth;
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and lead high-performance creative teams;
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present creative work, articulate ideas clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Innovation: A commitment to innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. A passion for pushing creative boundaries and leaving a lasting global impact;
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and meet deadlines;
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in the latest design tools, including Figma, Adobe Suite, and other visual design platforms;
  • Adaptability: A resilient and adaptable nature, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving creative environment;
  • Language: Fluent in English.

  1. Application Review: The first step entails a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s application, with a specific emphasis on the presentation of their portfolio.
  2. Talent Acquisition (TA) Interview: After the application review, candidates undergo an interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. This interview is a chance to assess the candidate’s qualifications and suitability for the role.
  3. Hiring Team Interview: In this stage, you will meet with the Head of Brand and the Head of Design. During this interview, you may be invited to walk us through your most significant projects and campaigns, explaining their impact.
  4. Final Interview: The last step involves an interview with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
